I was surprised by how quiet it stays at night, considering you’re surrounded by cafés and little galleries. The windows do their job, which is more than I can say for some places I’ve stayed in busy districts.

What really sells this spot is the location knowledge you get just by being here. You’re a five-minute walk to Hauptstraße where the real action is – not the sanitized tourist version, but where locals actually grab dinner and drinks. The tram connections are ridiculous good too; you can be across the river staring at the Frauenkirche in fifteen minutes, but you’ll probably find yourself spending more time exploring the winding streets right outside your door. I kept discovering new little shops and corner bars every time I stepped out. The check-in was smooth (they actually respond to messages quickly, which is becoming rare), and parking… well, it’s city parking, so manage your expectations, but there are spots if you circle around a bit. This is one of those places where the 9.2 rating makes perfect sense once you’ve been there – it’s not trying to be luxury, it’s just really, really good at being exactly what it is.   Eine wunderschöne, mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtete Wohnung. Es ist alles da an Küchenutensilien was man für 2-3 Personen braucht. Sehr viel Platz und ein wunderschöner Balkon. Es ist sehr gemütlich, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause 🙂
  Ich habe rechtzeitig alle Infos bekommen und den Schlüssel, so wie die Wohnung ohne Probleme gefunden. Es gibt einen Aufzug, was sehr angenehm ist für Koffertransport.
  Direkt um die Ecke sind viele Cafés und Restaurants, so wie ein Park. Ca 2-3 Straßen weiter gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
  Auf der Straße gäbe es Parkplätze (ich glaube für 12€ pro Tag), falls man mit dem Auto anreist.
  
  What could be improved: Falls man mit dem Zug anreist, ist es zu bedenken, dass die Wohnung ca 1 Kilometer von der nächsten Bushaltestelle entfernt ist, die mir von Dresden – Neustadt aus angezeigt wurde. Was an sich okay ist, aber mit Koffer, Berg aufwärts, nicht ideal. Ich glaube es gibt eine Haltestelle, die näher dran ist, aber die Verbindung ist nicht direkt.
  Wenn man Dresden erkunden möchte, wäre die Location mit Reisezeit ins Stadtzentrum verbunden.
