It’s essentially a one-bedroom with a separate living area, and everything feels thoughtfully arranged rather than just functional.

What really sets this apart – and maybe why that rating is so high – is the attention to small details that most places completely miss. The windows actually block out street noise (crucial for light sleepers), and I noticed they’ve got these heavy curtains that make the bedroom properly dark, not that half-hearted blackout situation you get at chain hotels. The kitchen area is small but well-equipped, which matters if you want to grab groceries from the Rewe down the street instead of eating out every meal. Plus, being in Neustadt means you’re on the fun side of the Elbe – honestly, I always prefer staying here over Altstadt because it feels less touristy and more like actual Dresden. You can walk across Augustus Bridge to see the Frauenkirche and all that (takes maybe 15 minutes), but then come back to a neighborhood where people actually live and work. The whole area has this artsy, slightly alternative vibe without being pretentious about it, and this little place fits right into that feeling – comfortable and genuine without trying too hard to impress you.

  Дорогой Тобиас, огромное спасибо за наши чудесные выходные в Дрездене !!!
  Прекрасное месторасположение аппартамента, всего 15 минут пешком до самого центра города. Рядом куча кафешек, где можно вкусно и не дорого покушать. Аппартамент превзошел наши ожидания- очень чистый, просторный, светлый. Подходит для 4-5 человек. Все новое. Есть вся необходимая посуда как для короткого, так и для длительного проживания. Прекрасное постельное белье . Удобная кровать в спальне и раскладной диван в гостиной. Есть ещё маленький топчан для 5го человека. Большая ванная комната, душ и горячая вода отличные! Есть стиральная машина, микроволновка, плита, духовка, большой холодильник. Хозяин Тобиас всегда на связи, очень доброжелательный, всегда готов помочь. Контакт держали через Букинг ком и ватсап. Быстрое самостоятельное заселение и выселение. Все было идеально!!! Спасибо огромное!!! Обязательно вернёмся ещё.

  Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt.
  
  What could be improved: Türstopper an den Wänden wären super (vorallem im Bad). So wären die Wände vor den Türklinken geschützt.
  Eine größere Auswahl an Küchenmesser wäre gut.
