The location is where this place really shines though. Leipziger Straße puts you right in Neustadt, which – if you’ve never been to Dresden – is basically the cool side of the river. You’re maybe a twelve-minute walk to the Frauenkirche and all that postcard stuff in the Altstadt, but you get to come home to where the locals actually hang out. There’s this great little bakery around the corner (I think it’s on Louisenstraße?) where you can grab proper German bread without fighting through tour groups. And honestly, being able to walk back from the old town means you don’t have to deal with parking, which in Dresden’s narrow streets is… well, let’s just say it builds character.

What really sold me on the place was the thoughtful touches – like having enough outlets near the beds for everyone’s phones, blackout curtains that actually block light (you’d be amazed how many places get this wrong), and a washing machine that doesn’t sound like it’s trying to escape. The space works well for four people without everyone stepping on each other, which is trickier than it sounds in European apartments. I will say the street can get a bit lively on weekend nights – Neustadt has that kind of energy – but honestly, good windows keep most of it out, and you’re probably out exploring anyway. The 9.1 rating makes sense once you’ve stayed here; it’s not trying to be a luxury hotel, but everything just… works. Plus the host actually responds to messages, which after some experiences I’ve had, feels like a minor miracle.

  What could be improved: Hałas od ulicy , nieznośny!! Pan własciciel, nie odebrał żadnego telefonu ode mnie!!!Po co go zamieszcza?!?Tylko maile, na które czekałem czasami 2-3 h!!Zamek elektroniczny no nie wiem , czy był ok..?Parking koło domu …słabo kombinacje ….

  What could be improved: Harte Matratze. Lage an stark befahrener Straße, daher können nachts die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden. Das könnte im Sommer zum Problem werden.

  Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet, mit viel Stauraum und komplett ausgestattet. Außerdem ist sie auch sehr sauber. Man hat eine S-Bahn Haltestelle fast vor der Tür, somit kann man auch alles gut erreichen.
  
  What could be improved: Wenn man mit Auto anreist ist die Parksituation schwierig.

  2 Minuten Fußweg zur Trambahn-Haltestelle, hinter dem Haus üb das Elbufer, die Dresdner Innenstadt in unmittelbarer Nähe – und all das von einer top ausgestatteten, blitzblank sauberen, komfortablen Wohnung aus. Ein Traum! Vielen Dank!

  Das Apartment ist super gut zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Neustadt zu erreichen. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat perfekt geklappt und auch sonst ist der Aufenthalt immer eine Freude. Ich komme gerne wieder 🙂
