The location works in your favor too – you’re about a 15-minute walk to the Hauptstraße where all the bars and restaurants cluster, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with drunk people yelling at 2 AM. Plus, if you’re planning to explore the old town across the river, the tram connections from Neustadt are actually better than what you’d get staying right in the Altstadt anyway. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle on these residential streets, but the host gives you the inside scoop on where locals actually park without getting tickets.   Kontaktaufnahme zum Gastgeber war richtig schnell und unkompliziert. Alles wurde verständlich und umfangreich erklärt, die Wohnung war sauber, komfortabel und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Verkehrsanbindung zur Altstadt war gut und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Dresden.

  Wir haben Abends auf der Terasse einen schönen Sonnenuntergang genossen, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, Bus und Bahnverbindungen sind quasi auch vor der Tür, trotzdem ist es, durch die Hinterbebauung ruhig und angenehm. Alle wichtigen Informationen über die Wohnung und alles, was mit An- und Abreise zu tun hatte haben wir vorab bekommen.
  Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
  
  What could be improved: In der Beschreibung waren unterschiedliche Anmerkungen zu dem Parkplatz. Leider gehört keiner zu der Wohnung, dies stand teilweise falsch in der Beschreibung, es befinden sich aber ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze im gesamten Umfeld, was auch in der Beschreibung so angegeben wurde nur die unterschiedlichen Beschreibungen haben für ein wenig Verwirrungen gesorgt. 😁😁

  Een heel comfortabel en mooi appartement. De eigenaar was heel goed bereikbaar en geweldig behulpzaam. Alles was tip top.

  The apartment has everything you need. Suitable for long stays. 🙂 Lots of appliances, I really liked them: iron, washing machine and dishwasher,toaster, large TV. There is plenty of detergent. The bright apartment with a terrace.
  There is parking in the house, as already said, not very convenient, but our sedan (4.9 meters) fit, but it won’t be convenient to drive in and out like that every day.
  We walked to the center, but it was not close to 3 km. Communication with the owner was very fast.
  Overall everything was good and I would recommend this apartment to friends. 🙂

  We liked the washer and the dryer, it had a terrace, the kitchen was adequate, and the size of the living room was ok
  
  What could be improved: No. 1, there was absolutely no parking around the area and the place. The duplex garage was not possible to be used. The area was difficult to enter and park, and the inside of the garage was tied and difficult to maneuver in. Multiple times we had to park at least 1 Kilometer away and walk at night on a grass area without any lighting.
  No. 2, the advertising does not highlight that the apartment is on the 4th level, including the 19 steps from the outside to the front door. This was very exhausting to carry all our luggage up and probably made it unusable for someone with limited mobility.
  No. 3, throughout the hallways there was a very heavy cigarette smell.
  No. 4, the mattresses were thin and not supportive which was very uncomfortable and resulted in poor sleep.
