  L'appartement est proche des axes principaux pour aller au centre ville où pour sortir de la ville, il y a aussi pas mal de magasins à proximité. La place de parking réservée est pratique aussi.

  Sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete und bestens ausgestattete Wohnung. Ruhige Lage, zu Fuß 5 Minuten zur Bahnhaltestelle, 7 Minuten zur Elbe. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war angenehm, unkompliziert und sehr hilfreich.

  Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Sehr schöne, gemütliche Wohnung. Man fühlte sich sofort wie zu Hause. Sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem konnte man alles schnell erreichen. Wir waren mit unseren Fahrrädern da, das war wirklich super.

  Modern und vollständig eingerichtet und direkt an der Straßenbahn, welche im 15‑Minuten-Rhythmus fuhr. Da der Mai wieder an einigen Tagen sehr kalt war, freuten wir uns, dass die Heizung noch angeschaltet war und die Wohnung ruckzuck erwärmte. Obwohl überlicherweise Schlüsselkasten genutzt wird, wurde uns der Schlüssel gerbacht und die wichtigsten Dinge kurz erklärt. Für eine Reise nach Dresden und Umgebung der perfekte Startpunkt für Tagesausflüge. Gern wieder!!

  Tichá a pěkná lokalita v blízkosti řeky a nedaleko zámku Pillnitz. Tramvajová zastávka se nachází 3 minuty od domu a přímým spojem se lze dostat do centra a k hlavnímu nádraží. Byt je dostatečně prostorný a moderně zařízený, nic nám zde nechybělo. K ubytování náleží jedno parkovací místo.

  Wir buchten für einen Kurztrip mit unserem Sohn und einem befreundeten Paar das Quartier Dresden.Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem sehr schönen ruhigem Viertel gelegen.Top ausgestattet,schön hell und sehr sauber.Netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern.Haltestelle für die Straßenbahn um die Ecke.Von dort ganz bequem überall hinzukommen.Zum Elbufer wenige Gehminuten.Besonders hat uns auch gefallen, daß man keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitnehmen musste.Das Quartier Dresden können wir absolut empfehlen.

  Die Ferienwohnung ist modern, sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet zudem mit allem ausgestattet, was den Aufenthalt komfortabel macht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig im Stadtteil Laubegast aber nahegelegen an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, sodass die Innenstadt sehr gut erreichbar ist. Fussläufig erreicht man die Elbe und auch verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Aldi).
  Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend.
  Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!
