  Cleanliness, new property, personal touches and well equipped.
  
  What could be improved: Very minor comment, this was the only criticism we have. While using the shower the water would not escape as the drain was blocked with hair etc therefore water would escape outside the shower.
  I managed to clean the filter myself therefore the shower water no longer leaked into the bathroom.
