  In den warmen Sommertagen ist es hier angenehm kühl. Das Inventar ist neu, durchweg miteinander abgestimmt und modern. Genug Platz für 4, wenn nicht sogar noch mehr, Personen.
  
  What could be improved: Aufgrund der Kellerlage rundherum recht dunkel, sodass nahezu den ganzen Tag das Licht genutzt werden muss. Dies kann etwas stören.

  Cozy apartment. The couch is huge and quite comfortable to sleep on. Keyless entry via a code. While it is located a bit outside the center, a 15 min tram ride will get you directly to the historic Altstadt.

  Ładne, nastrojowe mieszkanie. Łatwo dojechać do centrum. Dużym atutem jest darmowy parking przy samym apartamencie. Idealnie na city break w Dreźnie.

  Der Parkplatz direkt am Haus, ein Segen in Dresden. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und völlig ausreichend ausgestattet. Das Bett ist super und die Badewanne haben wir am Abend gern genutzt.

  Für uns hat alles gepasst. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, super gelegen und groß genug. Besonders schön, dass große Familienbett,das bequeme große Sofa und die Fußbodenheizung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

• Adventswochenende in Dresden – Lutz from Germany – December 19, 2024 (9/10)

  Sehr geräumige, großzügige Unterkunft im Untergeschoss. Wir hatten über ein Adventswochenende gebucht. Die Lage ist etwas weiter draußen aber relativ nahe zum ÖPNV.
  Parken direkt an der Unterkunft und kurze Wege über den Hinterausgang.
  Die Fewo ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das große Bett war sehr bequem und das Schlafsofa für weitere zwei Personen erfüllte seinen Zweck voll und ganz. Kommunikation mit der Gastwirtin funktionierte einwandfrei.
  Alles in allem, sehr zu empfehlen.

  Bardzo przyjemne, czyste i wygodne mieszkanie, świeżo wyremontowane. Dwa duże pokoje, wyposażona kuchnia, łazienka. Łatwy dostęp do mieszkania za pomocą kodu. Miejsce parkingowe za budynkiem. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z właścicielką. Do centrum bezpośredni dojazd tramwajem w 15 minut. Polecam!
