  Die Wohnung war sauber und großzügig.
  
  What could be improved: Sitzkissen auf den Holzstühlen wären schon schön und die Matratzen sind sehr dünn und durch gelegen, daher war unser Schlaf nicht erholsam.

  Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal für einen Besuch in Dresden . Bahnhof und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel stehen in nächster Nähe zur Verfügung . Bei Anreise mit dem Auto ist das Parken kostenfrei vor dem Haus bzw. in dessen nächster Nähe möglich. Kleine Unstimmigkeiten konnten auf unkomplizierte Weise mit der Vermieterin zur Zufriedenheit geklärt werden.

  What could be improved: Leunstoel in woonkamer uitgezakt en versleten; matrassen op het tweepersoonsbed flinterdun, we hebben matras gebruikt van de hoogslaper…. Suggesties voor badkamerverbeteringen: vervang bv het rubber-slangetje naar de douchekraan, breng een stevige greep/handvat in de muur boven het bad aan (ontbreken hiervan kan gevaarlijke situaties opleveren; o.a. douchegordijn te lang). Verlichting in badkamer boven wastafel en in hoek keuken aanbrengen. Appartement was ruim, prettig gelegen voor openbaar vervoer etc. Keuken(-inrichting) oke. Leuk, die pioenroos op tafel. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

  Die Lage war sehr ruhig und gut, Anbindungen zur alt Stadt war gut wie durch Straßenbahn oder Bus, alles gut zu erreichen.
  Parkplatz war immer vorhanden, wenn nicht immer der gleiche muss aber auch nicht sein.
