The apartment itself feels lived-in in the best possible way – you know, like someone actually thought about where to put the coffee maker and made sure there are enough outlets near the bed. What really sold me on this place was discovering the local scene right outside the door. There’s a bakery around the corner that opens ridiculously early – perfect if you’re dealing with jet lag – and the evening crowd heads to the bars and cafes scattered throughout the district without it ever feeling overwhelming or touristy. The tram connections are actually brilliant from here; you can hop over to the main sights when you want that Dresden postcard experience, but retreat back to this quieter pocket when you need to decompress. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle (welcome to German cities), but the trade-off is being able to walk everywhere that matters in Neustadt. Honestly, staying here feels less like checking into accommodation and more like borrowing a friend’s place – someone who happens to have excellent taste and knows exactly what travelers need without making a big fuss about it.

  De ruimte is perfect. De locatie is ook heel goed. Vele winkels en de Elbe zijn op loopafstand.

  Sehr gute Lage um alles sogar zu Fuss zu erreichen. On Off Bus ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Stadt ist immer eine Reise wert.

  The apartment is spacious and well equipped. It is on the ground floor next to the street, but the street is not busy, so it was not noisy until morning. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. It is within walking distance to downtown (about 20 minutes). The windows have great covers to provide privacy. The underground parking is very important and useful when you travel by car because you would have to pay for parking on the street. The contact with the landlord was great and fast.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is located in an "alternative" district. One may fill unsafe walking the streets in the evening – there are very few people and all walls are covered with graffiti. It is not art – it looks like made by hooligans and harms strongly the beauty of the buildings.
  It is fantastic that the underground parking is provided, however, the entrance to the garage is narrow.
  Unfortunately, bicycles were not available but it was promised in the offer at the time of booking.
