The apartment itself is properly lived-in comfortable, not that sterile hotel room feeling you get sometimes. There’s this cozy kitchen where you can make proper coffee (thank god, because German hotel coffee can be hit or miss), and the living area has windows that let in great natural light during the day. What I really appreciated was the attention to practical stuff – decent WiFi that doesn’t cut out every five minutes, plenty of outlets where you actually need them, and a bathroom with water pressure that doesn’t make you question your life choices. The beds are firm in that European way that either works for you or doesn’t, but I slept better here than I have in fancier places.

Here’s the thing about Pieschen that guidebooks don’t really tell you – it’s where actual Dresden residents live and work, so you’re fifteen minutes from all the tourist spots but you’re also walking distance from neighborhood bakeries and that little Turkish place on Großenhainer Straße that locals line up at on weekends. The tram connections are actually solid once you figure out the system, and parking isn’t the nightmare it is closer to the Altstadt. I stayed here during shoulder season and never felt like I was missing out on anything – if anything, coming back to this quiet street after a day of castle-hopping felt perfect. The 8.8 rating makes total sense because while it’s not flashy or Instagram-perfect, everything just works the way it should, and the Löfflers genuinely seem invested in making sure you have what you need without hovering.

  Ich kann mich allen anderen Bewertungen hier nur anschließen. Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber und Fam. Löffler sind super tolle Leute. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
  Die Parkplatzsituation ist tagsüber ok, gegen Abend allerdings eine Katastrophe…ABER man kann das Auto auch getrost stehen lassen und mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln überall hin. Vom Vermieter gab es den super Tip mit der DVB App. Diese ist unkompliziert zu nutzen und inklusive Ticketkauf.
  Unser Sohn war total begeistert von der tollen Gartenbahn.

  Tolle Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss des Hauses, liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles da, was man braucht. Sehr sympatische Gastgeber, haben uns hier super wohl gefühlt.

  Die komfortable und schöne Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ÖPNV Anbindung in weniger als 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, es fehlte an wirklich nichts. Absolut zu empfehlen.

  Die ruhige Lage war gut, denn ums Eck gibt es den Lidl und einen Bäcker zum Frühstücken. Auch die Straßenbahnhaltestellen mit guten Verbindungen sind in der Nähe, sodass man das Auto in der Straße lassen kann. Das einzige ist, dass man Glück haben muss, in der "engeren" Straße einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Aber das ist bestimmt saisonbedingt. Und dass man das Einparken seitwärts/rückwärts beherrschen muss. Aber es gibt Nebenstraßen, die auch Parkmöglichkeiten bieten.

  Dachgeschosswohnung in denkmalgeschütztem Wohnviertel mitten in Dresden. Absolut gute Anbindung per Bus und Bahn, Bäcker und Lidl gleich ums Eck und liebevoll aufwändig ausgebaut. Auch ein Parkplatz auf der kleinen Anliegerstraße vorm Haus war immer zu finden. Sehr netter Vermieter mit den gleichen Interessen, wir kommen gern mal wieder.

  We absolutely loved everything about this place it had everything we needed and was perfect beside transport and the kids loved the pool. We will try never to stay anywhere else when visiting Germany
